There are more costs than you might imagine with keeping a building like St Oswald's open for everyone to enjoy and we are always grateful for your donations!
Ways that you can help
If you shop online, please consider signing up to our easyfundraising page where we will get a donation every time you shop. There are over 6,000 shops and sites on board ready to make a donation – including eBay, Argos, John Lewis, ASOS, Booking.com and M&S – and it won’t cost you a penny extra to help us raise funds.
All you need to do is:
1. Go to easyfundraising and join for free. CLICK HERE to use a link which will give us an extra £5 donation when you've raised your first £5! 2. Every time you shop online, go to easyfundraising first to find the site you want and start shopping. You can even add a donation button to your browser to remind you! 3. After you’ve checked out, the retailer will make a donation to St Oswald's at no extra cost to you whatsoever!
There are no catches or hidden charges and we will be really grateful for your donations.
If you would like to make a regular donation, you can do that through the Parish Giving Scheme. This allows you to make regular direct debit contributions to the Church and the Church is able to claim Gift Aid on anything you donate.
All you need to do is:
1. CLICK HERE to register your details and set up your direct debit details. 2. That's it! :)
You can also join our 100 Club and have the opportunity to win £125 every month for a year. For an annual subscription of £60 or £5 per month, you can become a member of our 100 Club - every month, half of the subscription fees go to the Church and the balance is awarded as 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prices in a draw. If you want to join in, contact the 100 Club Administrator, Janice Cooper at [email protected]
If you would like to make a one-off donation, there are several ways to do this. You can:
donate cash either at a Church service or by appointment with our Churchwarden, John Watkin (you can contact him here to make an appointment)
donate by card at the Church
write a cheque made payable to PCC of Winwick, which can be given to one of the Church Wardens at a service or posted directly to Church through the postbox by the vestry door.
Thank you so much! Your generosity will help to ensure that St Oswald's Church will be here for many more generations of families to enjoy.
